DAVID COOK IS THE WINNER OF AMERICAN IDOL 07!

Congratulations! You are the man! 

So it was a David vs David Finale..... I can't believe I actually guessed about 4 weeks beforehand that they would use a boxing theme...  Anyway... they had the right people in the finale this year, It's a shame that Carly Smithson and Michael Johns were out so early though, that would have made for a slightly less predictable top 2.

Now that David Cook has won American Idol, my faith has been restored in the show. I had this little conspiracy theory going on in my head about the show and how it was all set up for Archuleta to win... all the way up to the finale I was acting like a know-it-all. Then David Cook won it! I jumped out of my chair! We all jumped around like monkeys screaming wooooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: MICHAEL JOHNS IS OUT OF THE COMPETITION!!!! I am back to where I started with American Idol now. One of the most real people to ever grace the American Idol stage has been eliminated from the show. How the hell did that happen? I guess it's now up to David  Cook, David Archuleta, Carly Smithson and Jason Castro if we want something different. I'm quite scared of how well other other 3 I didn't mention are going. It's always impossilble to guess who is going to win. At the start everyone thought it was david archuleta and it still might be.

Update: Chikeze was voted off as the list now gets smaller. Only 9 Left now, David Cook and Michael Johns are moving up the ranks as others like David Archuleta and Carly Smithson move down. This is going to be a very interesting American Idol, it's anyones game.

UPDATE: Amanda Overmyer was voted off. Only 10 contestants left! Who do you think will win? There's definitely a few that have improved an incredible amount and have done alot better than expected... also a few that I expected would do well but didn't.

David Archuleta is still a front-runner, as is Carly Smithson...  A few that will also do very well will be David Cook, Jason Castro, Brooke White and Michael Johns. They will probably be the top 6, although now that I've made my prediction, I'll probably be wrong.
