Jason Castro

One of the most unique talents ever to grace the American Idol Stage.

Jason Castro was always one of my favorites. He might not have the most powerful voice but he brings something unique each time. He has a special quality about him. He reminds me a little of Ben Harper, I'm amazed that the judges haven't mentioned this yet. I think if he overcame a little bit of his shyness, he'd be amazing. Out of all the contestants this year, he'd be one of the very few performers who has convinced me enough to actually purchase his album. For that one reason alone, I really hope he makes it at least to the top 5.
