I've heard stories of people who have gotten to the concert like 8 hours early to meet the Idols outside. The Idols are each usually alloted a number of backstage tickets they are allowed to pass out for each show. Sometimes they will give them to these people while they're waiting to get into the show. Also, security guards just randomly hand them out sometimes, usually to people sitting close to the stage. But basically, you have to know someone to get the tickets. Sometimes an Idol contestant's family will randomly give them to people. It's mainly reserved for people who know the idols (friends and family). I'm not saying to go that early, but you could give it a shot. It's basically just luck. I know people who have gotten backstage 4-5 times, but I've never been backstage.
