The chances of getting backstage are very slim without a connection to either of them. I suggest you find the hotel were the artist is staying and meet her there or wait outside the stage door before the sound check (2-6 pm) However I would suggest you get talking to the bus driver of the tour bus. They'ree usually a good source of info of who to speak to.
